CKW1350F is listed on the 2025 Mining Equipment Star List
The CKMM, the “Mining Optimus Prime,” has been commissioned, ushering in a new era of mining efficiency.
At 9:58 a.m. on April 25th, a cannon salute greeted a large mine in southern Anhui, welcoming a significant partner: the CKMM CKW1350F large hydraulic excavator. As the region’s first 135-ton large excavator, the arrival of this steel giant marks a new era of efficient mining for the mine.
The CKW1350F is a mining crawler backhoe hydraulic excavator, primarily used for excavation and loading in large open-pit mines (coal, non-ferrous metal, and building materials mines) and large-scale foundation projects. It boasts reliability, durability, energy efficiency, and high efficiency.
The machine utilizes a military-grade reinforced structural design, extending the lifespan of core components by 40%, making it perfectly suited for high-intensity, continuous operations. Equipped with a high-power engine from an internationally renowned brand, a fully electronic positive flow control hydraulic system, and a customized PIS electrical system from CKMM, the machine boasts a 13% increase in operating efficiency and a 10% reduction in fuel consumption per cubic meter. The high-pressure common rail fuel system also improves fuel efficiency by 8%, making the task of “consuming more and working less” a thing of the past.
The CKW1350F boasts mature and stable hydraulic components and advanced hydraulic technology, offering multiple modes of combined regeneration to improve efficiency and selectable boom modes to adapt to different working conditions, reducing buffering and extending the machine’s service life.
Excellent swing performance is also a key advantage of this machine. Developed in collaboration with a professional manufacturer, the mining-specific four-wheel, one-belt, and travel reducer ensure smooth operation under heavy loads. Its swing torque is 10% higher than comparable models, ensuring excellent swing performance even on slopes.
The CKW1350F features a spacious cab with five-point shock absorption, an air-suspension adaptive seat, and an electronically controlled short-stroke joystick for fingertip control, reducing joystick effort by 10%. The ergonomic operating layout within the cab reduces operator fatigue and enhances comfort. With the official launch of this “new benchmark” in mining efficiency, CKMM will continue to inject strong momentum into mineral resource development.
